If you’re having a problem with our Kbluz player or other Kbluz product, this is the place for answers. Please read through this page and if you don’t find an answer to your problem here, then go to our Contact Us page and send us a message.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the lower right hand corner of your Kbluz player there are some numbers that look like this v2.01. Those numbers are the version number of the player you’re using. Normally the latest version of the player is loaded into your browser any time you visit our site. Some web browsers do not always load the latest version until you tell them to ‘clear their cache’. More about this later.

If you’re having a problem with the player, always check this page and see what the latest version should be. The latest version number will be listed here. Look at the numbers on the player in your browser and see if they match. If they do, then you’re using the latest version of the player. If they don’t match, clear your browser cache and reload the page.
